I’ve been shooting with the Voigtländer 25mm f/4 Color-Skopar adapted to a Sony body for a few days, and this is just a loose record of how that felt. It’s not a technical review. I’m not testing charts or measuring sharpness. I just wanted to see what happens when you put a tiny M-mount lens like this on a modern Sony — how it handles, how the files look, what the corners do, how the colours behave, and whether it actually makes sense as a way of working. There’s a short intro sequence with the lens itself, some landscape frames and a video sequence to see how it behaves in motion. Some of it surprised me. Some of it didn’t really work. Mostly this is about the experience of using it — the good parts and the awkward ones. If you’re curious about adapting small rangefinder lenses to Sony mirrorless, or just enjoy slower, manual setups, maybe this will be interesting.
