O caso mais recente, relativo aos direitos de construção nos terrenos circundantes ao Autódromo do Estoril – que originalmente recebeu o nome de Fernanda Pires da Silva, matriarca da família , está há demasiado tempo na justiça e isso prejudicou bastante a empresa. “Estamos positivos em relação a esse processo, ele será ganho, mas não sabemos o prazo em que isso acontecerá. Tentámos, ao longo dos anos, manter o hotel em funcionamento, apesar de a rentabilidade ter vindo a diminuir, do aumento do IVA e também da má gestão que o Estado fez do autódromo, tendo vindo, ano após ano, a perder todas as provas importantes – o que não ajudou o turismo da região nem, mais especificamente, o nosso hotel”, diz Pedro Pinheiro. Agora, a única solução é o fecho, garante a administração. O hotel continua com Vigilancia constante e não são autorizadas visitas, pelo que não nos foi autorizada pela empresa de vigilancia as filmagens do interior! Autorização de Voo AAN: 82721/2020
