Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri led the briefing, joined by two senior female officers from the armed forces — Colonel Sofiya Qureshi of the Indian Army and Wing Commander Vyomika Singh of the Air Force. As reported earlier, nine terror targets were hit. Misri confirmed that all strikes were carried out with precision. The mission, dubbed as Operation Sindoor, lasted just 25 minutes. The Indian Air Force executed the strikes entirely from within Indian airspace — no aircraft crossed the Line of Control. Wing Commander Singh detailed the strike formations and payloads used.
