Join me on a Scotland Photography Road trip as I explore the areas of Assynt and the Cairngorms. In this video, I take in a view of the Forth Rail Bridge at Edinburgh, then via a quick stop at Inverness, I arrive into the remote rugged Scottish Highlands. I visit the iconic Kylesku Bridge, tree islands in Loch Assynt and Achmelvich Beach. During my first week in Scotland I'm based at Lochinver, in the area of Assynt, a geologist's paradise (the North West Highlands Geopark covering an area of around 2,000 square kilometres, contains some of the oldest rocks in Europe, dating as far back as 3,000 million years).
