In this class we learn about authentication and authorization, where authentication means that a user is authentic with respect to access token like correct jwt "json web token" but authorization means a user has a particular access permission to add or delete another user record etc, we also learn the importance of security with respect to passwords. encrypt/decrypt password is easy to hack but the password that has hashed its not be able to hacked. we learn importance of authentication in website like tokens safe in local storage but these tokens can be accessed by extensions in browser but the tokens save in session cookies are safer, we learn much more. we use better auth for authentication in hackathons.. upgoing hackathon is todo app with spec driven development. #auth #authentication #authorization #jwt #session #cookies #hackathon #giaic #quarter4
