Adventure tour of 26th AC/DE Course, SSB ACADEMY BHOPAL

The 26th AC/DE batch of Sashastra Seema Bal Academy went on an Adventure Tour to Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. They were given exposure to various thrilling activities like Rappelling, Rock climbing, Slithering, White water river rafting, Trekking, Jungle surviving, etc. These activities made them even tougher. It helped them break their mental barriers and made them ready for on-field challenges. Trainees also got a chance to visit temples and they bowed down before the almighty and took blessings to give them strength to stand upright and take correct decisions in times of difficulty. They visited Baidyanath temple Bageshwar, Latu Devta temple in Wan Village, Badhangarhi temple Binatoli, Dhari Devi temple, Srinagar and Ganga Mata Mandir, Haridwar, etc. The main attraction of the tour was the trek to Bedini Bugyal. The trek strained every sinew of their bodies but the aptly trained officers made it look easy and treaded it with a smile on their faces. Upon reaching the top, the beauty of the grassland enthralled everyone and all the pain was forgotten. The tour helped them to bond better. They understood how standing together in difficult times can make the task easier. Many of them overcame their fears while performing different activities. They also learned how to take care of and encourage each other in hardships.
