Today Rowan from MTDCNC is at PCML talking to their Production Director Paul Blanchflower about why they use Lang Technik workholding products. PCML are a general subcontractor predominantly working in the Bio-Med sector. They have been using Lang Technik work holding products for 15 years and are in the process of rolling out their products across their machine shop due to the versatility and repeatability of the products within the Lang Technik range. PCML's new Matsuura MAN 72 35 V is completely fitted out with Lang Technik products on all 32 pallets. All 32 pallets have the Lang receiver plate fitted, 25 have centring vices with several others having pyramids with 3 self centring vices fitted to each one. With Lang Technik's Quick Point System PCML are able to hold two parts per vice allowing them to machine 6 parts per cycle. PCML are also a big fan of the Lang Technik stamping vice and are obtaining great results even on stainless steel.
