#AHLUWALIA Taking over a formerly baroque church hall, now a restored concert hall on St John’s Smith Square, Ahluwalia presented the Autumn Winter Collection 2023 titled “Symphony”💫 The collection, and the soundtrack, takes the guests and viewers through a musical journey that celebrates Creative Director, and Founder Priya Ahluwalia’s rediscovery of the music of her youth. In the collection, music waves and notes inspired jacquard patterns on mohair knitwear and track tops and accompanying shorts, whilst earthy umbres, reds and ochres, inspired by the colours in album covers and graphics find their canvas in organic cotton viscose separates. The collection is a continuation of the evolution of Ahluwalia with an introduction of shoes, featuring playful interpretations of a Chelsea boot, heels sculpted with ‘A’ into the wedge, lace-up and leather mules in a cerulean, red, and classic black that complete the collection.
