Welcome and Thank you for giving us the opportunity to show you a short demo of the FranchiseSoft Sales CRM. www.franchisesoft.com In today’s demo you will learn how your franchise sales teams can use a comprehensive and user-friendly CRM, that is franchise-specific, to manage their contacts and leads, track all communication using email and SMS, manage the FDD and compliance and get clear reporting on performance. Lets begin. FranchiseSoft includes An easy-to-use contact management system that can store contact information, communication history, and other relevant data for any contact type. Franchisors can customize this section to manage key contacts such as corporate users, franchise brokers, vendors or family and friends and of course run personalized email and sms campaigns to those segmented contacts. There is no need for any other email marketing system because it comes built into FranchiseSoft. FranchiseSoft has a robust lead management system that can capture leads from various sources and track their progress through the sales pipeline. The sales process is fully customizable to match your individual process with automations that can be built in at each step. In Franchisesoft leads can be entered into the system manually, imported in via csv and auto-parsed into the system from any forms you are using on franchise portals or websites. The lead list is very versatile allowing users to in-line edit information, re-organize columns and add filters for any field of data. The saved search function allows uses to save multiple saved searches to avoid having to add filters repeatedly. Franchise Sales reps can work with high efficiency by doing group actions for repetitive tasks across multiple leads like adding notes, advancing multiple leads simultaneously in the sales process, creating tasks and sending personalized emails or text messages. This saves time and allows the franchise sales person to spend more time on closing the sale vs administrative tasks associated with clunky CRMs. There is a list view and a card view for those users that prefer a more graphical interface. The gear icon allows users the ability to perform tasks quickly such as CRM activity of adding notes, logging calls, sending emails or text messages and sending the Franchise Disclosure Document for electronic signing of the Item 23 receipt. FDDs can be uploaded, valid dates and states added, and the item 23 receipt can be populated with dynamic tags to bring in candidate names and electronic signatures. Notifications can be setup so you never have to remember who is finished the cooling off period or who has downloaded the FDD or sent the Item23 receipt.
