Servings - 6 INGREDIENTS Potatoes - 600 grams Water - 1 litre Salt - 1 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon Corn flour - 40 grams Garlic - 1 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams Corn flakes - 80 grams All purpose flour - 30 grams Corn flour - 20 grams Salt - 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon Water - 180 milliliters Oil - for fry PREPARATION 1. In a heavy skillet, add 600 grams potatoes, 1 litre water and cover it with lid. Cook for 12 - 15 minutes. 2. Open the lid and remove it from heat. 3. Transfer this into a bowl and mash them with the help of food masher. 4. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 tablespoon garlic, 40 grams corn flour and mix it well. 5. Take some mixture in your hands and make it flatten with the help of your fingers. 6. Add some mozzarella cheese on it and shape it into a cigar. 7. Place it on a plate and refrigerate for 15 minutes. 8. In a food processor, add 80 grams corn flakes and chop it well. 9. In a bowl, add 30 grams all purpose flour, 20 grams corn flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 180 milliliters water and whisk it well. 10. Dip prepared cigar in it and coat it with corn flakes. 11. Place it on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 12. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy. 13. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper. 14. Serve.
