Using non-toxic tracking powders to identify and follow vertebrate pest movement

How to use line chalk to help you identify where house mice (Mus musculus), deer mice (Peromyscus spp.), white-footed mice (Peromyscus leucopus) and similar-sized rodents are entering a structure. The video explains whether it is better to use blue or orange chalk, demonstrates the answer using a black light and shows how to turn your cell phone light into an inexpensive black light. This video does not discuss toxic powder rodenticide products. Stephen only discusses how to use non-toxic chalk to aid in one’s inspection for rodent activity and movement.
