It was one of the earliest industrial area with KL but it's changing due to the high demand for space. That indirectly creates a lot of competition for this project. That perfectly describes the setting of Trion, a mixed development built within the industrial area. The entire surrounding seems harsh and cold until we explored the interior of the project. The commercial components are one of most lively ones as they get snapped up by tenants almost immediately after VP. That indicates the demand for commercial activities around that area. Indirectly Trion felt like an oasis around a desert. Built quality and size wise, they are pretty standard. But I enjoyed the facilities deck. The intent is there, but the designs can be a bit too rough. The entire project somewhat lacks finesse. While hanging out around the project, the tension and noise from the main roads are pretty intimidating. But in terms of value, nothing much to comment. The connectivity and accessibility are super convenient. Shuttle bus will also be provided to the nearest MRT station. There are commercial shops for food and other services. Simply perfect for white collar folks that work in TRX or Jalan Ampang.
