Today we’re making Million Dollar Pie TWO ways — the classic, creamy, no-bake pie and my handheld cookie bar version for easy serving. Light, sweet, and perfect after a heavy holiday meal. If you’re new here, I’m Jo from Bess Living — helping you feed your family, grow your faith, and manage your home with grace and ease. 💛 🥧 Million Dollar Pie Recipe (Bess Living Version) Ingredients: • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk • 1/4 cup lemon juice • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained • 1 cup chopped pecans • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips • 1 graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade) Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. 2. Fold in Cool Whip, drained pineapple, pecans, and white chocolate chips until fluffy. 3. Spread into the pie crust. 4. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing. 🍪 Million Dollar CookieHandheld Bars Use the SAME filling above. Instead of a pie crust: Bar Crust: • 2 cups golden oreos • 1/4 cup pineapple juice Instructions: 1. Mix crumbs and sugar pineapple juice. 2. Press firmly into an 8×8 pan lined with parchment. 3. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until tried out. Then cool. 4. Add the same Million Dollar Pie filling on top. 5.
