I typically avoid talking about any medicinal mushrooms like the plague, but I do genuinely love this mushroom, mostly for it's beauty, and that it's used to make a hot drink. I go over how I harvest and process them, and after there's a little story time where I read some of the newest info I've read on them. Long story short, there's been no new clinical studies on it and I don't think we honestly know if it does anything.
