Both the accused were in a relationship for the last two years and they wanted to live together, so they killed the husband of Hema. Recently, police received information about a person who was admitted in an unconscious condition and was declared brought dead. After the post-mortem of the victim, police observed that the cause of death was internal injuries on the body. In this regard, police registered a case at Mandawali police station and started the investigation. During the investigation, victim’s son and neighbours gave hints about the involvement of both accused in this murder. After that, police interrogated both accused and apprehended them. During interrogation, both accused revealed that they hatched a conspiracy to eliminate the victim and later, they strangulated him. Further, Police recovered the curtain and chunni used in committing the crime from their possession.
