This video introduces the open course “Using Generative AI in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education: How to Do It Right.” The course explores how generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) is influencing teaching, learning, and assessment in higher education. It provides educators with an introduction to key concepts, terminology, and current developments in AI, while encouraging critical reflection on how these technologies may impact educational practice. Participants are invited to explore how generative AI tools can support learning activities, teaching strategies, and assessment approaches, while also considering important issues such as responsible use, academic integrity, and ethical implications.
