Months of battles against the darkness, the heavy weight of depression, and the hard moments that life sometimes throws at us. This dance is a raw journey through the ups and downs that anyone can face. It shows the struggles and the inner fights that sometimes can take over causing inner turmoil... But it is also a story of resilience, of finding the strength to rise again. During this hard time, music, dance, and art became our salvation. This wonderful masterpiece, from the one and only Stromae, became a powerful companion through those tough moments. The music and the lyrics were able to speak to us on a deep level, helping us express feelings that words couldn't. Each step of our choreography allowed us to release our emotions and, little by little, made us rise towards the light. We understood that light may feel distant at times, but the dark demon inside us, can always be defeated. The darkness may have its hold, but it can never win—there is always a way to break free.
