On this video you can see a trial test of surface coating with Multiface 40 as PU/HDPE Blend in black and antistatic with a final hardness of 70 Shore (D), using an electrical caulking gun with battery and a spraying mixer connected to pressure air. Multiface as PU/HDPE Blend with 70 Shore (D) is dedicated for special coating applications, as example bulky material industry, when a very high hardness, an exceptional resistance to UV light, acids, alkalis (e.g. NaOH), solvents, and an full resistance to oil is required, together with an exceptional antisticking and cleaning-friendly surface. Important: in some application we can provide it antistatic, as required from some customers. The material ensures an exceptional high level of safety for the people, the environment, the transport and storage, as it contains no toxic ingredients, CMR components, solvents and VOC's.
