I recently flew Delta Airlines' Delta One class from Lisbon's Humberto Delgado airport to New York's JFK. The plane was an Airbus 330-300. I used an upgrade certificate that allowed me to pay for a Premium Select seat, but immediately be upgraded to Delta One. For more information on upgrade certificates, see the link below. Delta offers use of the ANA lounge; however, it is before passport control and security, so it doesn't make sense to use it unless you have a very long layover. It takes at least an hour to get from the entrance to the gate and then more time to get from the gate to the plane. The Airbus A330-300 is one of Delta's older planes, so the cabin isn't as beautifully designed as some of their new planes. However, it is still very comfortable, with the lie-flat seat and first or business class service and amenities.
