Producer’s Cut – Why This Episode Matters This episode means more to me than most. It originally aired on my wife’s birthday, and instead of letting the show fall apart, Big Mike stepped in and hosted, while Kat and Joe filled in without hesitation. They didn’t just keep things moving — they ran a great show. Watching it back, I couldn’t help but feel proud. Proud of Mike. Proud of Kat and Joe. Proud of the crew we’re building. They showed up for me so I could step away and be present where I needed to be — with my wife on her birthday. At the time, I didn’t fully realize how much that moment would stick with me.
