The show features LSU Professor of Public Administration, Dr Roy Heidelberg- one of three professors who prepared the study on the potential financial, economic and socio-economic impact of forming the city of St. George, who'll elaborate on some of those findings. You'll also hear from Baton Rouge Metropolitan Councilwoman C. Denise Marcelle who opposes the incorporation, will also be commenting on many of her concerns about the impact of the new city on the parish. Later on in the show we'll be hearing from Baton Rouge Attorney Yigal Bander, one of the plaintiff's attorneys involved in the lawsuit against the City of Central following it's incorporation in 2005, concerning the basis for possible legal challenges to the incorporation efforts that could take place before a vote or even after a successful vote for the incorporation. This is an awesome show and extremely informative. I believe anyone who will be called upon to vote on this issue can certainly benefit from learning more about the potential impact on the City of Baton Rouge and the entire parish.
