The store hours are Monday-Thursday from noon-8 p.m., Friday and Saturday from noon-10 p.m., and Sunday from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. They have quality electronic cigarettes, vape gear and the best e-liquid. They have it all for the beginner and the experienced vaper. This is the second Vape Shop opened by Doug; the other location is in Dayton, Ohio. The Athens store opened around January 2015 and it carries a variety of juices from around the Ohio area and popular natural brands that are from social media. With 30-40 different juice companies to choose from, the possibilities are endless; it can actually help with weight loss if you have cravings for a specific flavor and the flavors are local. The store allows the customers to try the juice before they buy, it hosts vape-blowing competitions, and they have a very informative staff. Inside the Vape Lab are three glass cases filled with different types of pens and mods, a lounge room with seating, a long shelf with all of the juices, a bathroom, table with a chess set, chairs to sit on while you wait, and plenty of things to try. Stephan "Vaping Sloth" Lewis from Athens, Ohio, is an employee there who really enjoys the atmosphere and how the vaping community comes together like a family. The other workers at the Vape Lab store in Athens include Anthony “Effy” Lonas and Corey Sedwick.
