Sailing St. Kitts and Nevis to Guadeloupe and an OCTOPUS Encounter!

Episode 27 What an absolutely EPIC adventure we had with our favorite youngest daughter Riley!!! We spent 11 days exploring St. Kitts and Nevis and Guadeloupe. We snorkeled and saw sea stars, stingrays and sand dollars. She caught a lizard fish and we had a beautiful encounter with an octopus! Riley learned about our water maker and reverse osmosis. She spent time talking to the fish and dolphins and attempted a mutiny after only 2 days. 😃 We explored Nevis where we saw a monument to Alexander Hamilton and a MONKEY ran across the street! Next we sailed to Montserrat, anchored at night and raised the quarantine flag. The following morning we sailed on to Guadeloupe were we saw naked yaughties, snorkeled Cousteau’s Reserve, hiked to a waterfall and hitchhiked down, caught and ate conch, and explored Pointe-a-Pitre on a national holiday. 🤷‍♀️ We had some wonderful sailing and thoroughly enjoyed our time with our “Smiley Riley”!
