Michael Forman, PhD., DAOM received his 2nd doctorate degree from the Einstein Medical Institute for Advanced Graduate Studies with a specialization in immunology. There, he was the recipient of two prestigious awards: the “Albert Einstein Award” for advancement in Biomedical Sciences and the “Hypocrites Award” for outstanding research. Dr. Forman also received a doctorate degree from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine, where he graduated with the highest honors. Dr. Forman has been involved in the healing arts for many years and has studied under outstanding and prestigious scientists and physicians in the course of his learning and development. He brings a unique combination of high-level knowledge and competence, combined with a caring touch that helps his patients achieve their full recovery potential. Dr. Forman is the author of two books as well as the Medical Director of one of the most successful practices in the field of functional and nutritional medicine in Florida.
