In this video you will learn how to make textured pots with a strong twisted swirly shape. I love to make textured pottery. One of the ways I make them is to start out with a straight cylinder, apply the texture and then expand the pot from the inside. This sort of open up the texture and make it more dramatic. This technique can also create a bit of swirly effect on the texture. I love that. But for a long time I was struggling to get enough of a swirl. I could only get it to move a little bit. Then, after a lot of testing, I found out the secret to getting my pots much more swirly. And this is what I will show you how to do in this video ...
