This makes him appreciate you more. Let's say you tried that and he still wants to see other women. The truth is that if that's the case, it's something you cannot change. It may be that he's at a certain stage in his life that you have nothing to do with. What if you made him make that decision of not wanting to commit because of your neediness? Then becoming more present and increasing your levels of self-awareness will fix that problem. You have to realize that the biggest thing that makes guys lose interest is being needy and desperate. This can easily be fixed by bringing awareness to your pain. If you do that and he still wants to leave and not commit, then you've done all that you can do. Any extra effort will end up hurting you and bringing down your self esteem. IT's much better to save the time and let that guy go. If you get stuck with that guy who won't commit, you're going to lose the good guys that may like you. When a guy won't commit, you have to be able to let go of him. Without being able to let go, it causes you to stay trapped in your mind made prison. You'll miss out on a lot of other good men because you're still stuck on one guy. This is especially true when a guy is not over his ex. You'll notice that he compares you to his ex and you'll feel shitty about it.
