March 24, 2021. In this webinar, Luke Feinberg with the U.S. Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) discussed the federal process of siting and leasing offshore wind energy areas. Luke works as a Project Coordinator at BOEM in the Office of Renewable Energy Programs. His duties include coordination for all renewable activities offshore New York including leasing in the New York Bight, and support for coordination efforts offshore Massachusetts and the Gulf of Maine.
