Eternal Traveller - Ambient Performance (GR-1)

Finally a track using only the Tasty Chips GR-1, with some very subtle delay and verb on the DAW track. This is probably the first and last track I'll make on the GR-1 due to frustrations of this machine. The unintuitive, convoluted, clumsy workflow, file structure and weird hierarchy of the programs on this thing make it not very fun to use and I feel like I'm fighting with it most of the time instead of enjoying the process. Not to mention the glitches, a few which are on the audio here during recording even though there was still CPU to spare. On the positive side, it's the best sounding granular I've used. Recorded direct to Bitwig Studio Video shot on a Sony A6400 + 16mm 1.4f lens.
