Snowkite in Austria

This winter I went to Austria to enjoy the beautiful mountains and the snow. SNOWKITING: If you are going to snowkite it is very important that you find a big area with nothing around. No trees, no power cables, no nothing, this is the first safety rule for snowkiting. For a better experience you also must take off the highback of your bindings which will allow you to have a more comfortable position on your board, making it easier even to go upwind. OBERTAUERN: The most famous place to place for snowkiting is Obertauern, around 4 hours driving from the capital Vienna. The ski town is lovely, with many hotels and restaurants. In this town there is a nice plateau where you can snowkite, and also a kite school, where you can learn how to snowkite. Also in Obertauern there are many mountains around perfect for skiing and snowboarding, the landscape is amazing. RED BULL RING: The famous racetrack from Red Bull, the Red Bull Ring is located in Spielberg. About 2 hours from Vienna the Red Bull Ring offers you pretty much any kind of experience you can imagine about cars. You can drive from Formula 3 cars up to Land-Rover. If you are a car lover,I definitely recommend you to go and try it out. It's a lot of fun! SNOWKITING: Se você for praticar snowkite é muito importante que encontre uma grande área sem nada ao redor. Sem árvores, sem fios de alta tensão, sem nada, esta é a primeira regra de segurança para o snowkite. Para uma melhor experiência, você também deve tirar o "highback" (parte de trás) de seus bindings, o que permitirá que você tenha uma posição mais confortável na prancha, facilitando até mesmo orçar. OBERTAUERN: O lugar mais famoso para a prática de snowkite é Obertauern, a cerca de 4 horas de carro da capital Viena. A cidade é linda, com muitos hotéis e restaurantes. Nesta cidade existe um belo platô onde se pratica snowkite e também uma escola de kite, que você também pode fazer aulas de snowkite. Também em Obertauern existem muitas montanhas perfeitas para esquiar e praticar snowboard, a paisagem é incrível. RED BULL RING: A famosa pista de corrida da Red Bull, o Red Bull Ring está localizado em Spielberg. A cerca de 2 horas de Viena, o Red Bull Ring oferece praticamente qualquer tipo de experiência que você possa imaginar sobre carros. Você pode dirigir desde carros da Fórmula 3 até Land-Rover. Se você é um amante de carros, definitivamente recomendo que você vá e experimente. É muito divertido!
