This innovative system ensures efficient and reliable sorting and palletizing of ice cream and frozen desserts, even in the most demanding environments. System Workflow: Operating in a low-temperature environment, the system features a vision ID sorting system, three palletizing stations utilizing FANUC robots, various case and pallet conveyors, and a custom-designed pallet transfer car. Additionally, an integrated pallet assembly station employs a third robot. Once the processes are complete, full pallets are stretch-wrapped and conveyed to the next logistics area.
