This design offers some SUPER handy features like a folding cargo bunk and direct entry bath door from the outside which can cut down on SO much dirty foot traffic in the RV! It's also interesting in that if you're NOT using the bunks it's still just a great kitchen/living layout for couples. A rarely good model for RVers who sometimes have guests and sometimes don't!
