Moses sets the choice plainly: life and blessing, or death and curse. Choose life. Deuteronomy 31 records transition. Moses commissions Joshua and reminds Israel that leadership may change, but God’s presence does not. The Law is written and commanded to be read publicly so every generation remembers the covenant.
