The main risk with cartilage grafts is that we don't want them to be seen over time and that can happen. We usually pick the cartilage grafts in people that have thicker skin. We try to make the contours of the graft more subtle so you don't see any angles and overall we think it enhances your result in a way that one can't tell that we put a graft in there.
