SD-680 Fill Valve Taping System

The SD-680 Fill Valve Taping System automatically applies tape to your bagged products to secure and protect the goods. It automates the application of tape to each fill valve, permitting greater protection for the fill valve. The SD-680 dispenses, cuts, and applies 2” to 6” wide pressure-sensitive tape to a wide variety of filled bags to provide support for the bag fill valve. The tape is applied to the leading edge of the fill valve by an automatic tape applicator coupled with a controls system. The tape is applied up to 4” on either side of the fill valve for maximum protection.
