Today , we install o2 sensor and throttle cable on the eclipse. Link to the cable: https://a.co/d/9mpBZAl 02 sensor: At this point of the build, more small things to work on. The o2 sensor that I originally installed was from a junkyard eclipse. I did not know the condition or even if it worked or not. Sooner than later, we had a code for bank 1 sensor “circuit too high”. This code projects to the wiring or internal failure of the o2 sensor. I replaced the sensor with the correct part, reset the battery and computer memory, then drove the car, repair is fixed. The part number is in the video. Throttle cable: (My apologies for lack of video clips.) You can use 1g non cruise cable as well. It will look a little long so route it nicely. For this build to work properly, we need a good connection from the throttle pedal to the throttle body. Some applications are different. Difference being cruise or non-cruise control cables. I used a non-cruise cable. It’s not OEM but a good brand replacement, almost identical. Installation was easy, remove the cable, a couple bolts to the firewall (do not lose these) then to the cable. Adjustment is on the intake, loosen the bolts slightly and adjust the tension to your liking. I went on a test drive to verify no binding, or any inconsistencies. Repair is fixed.
