Meet our new friend, Kalpana 🤩 Kalpana Ramakrishna is a post-graduate in Human Resources from XLRI, having completed a degree in law and in English Literature before that. Kalpana has over 25 years of experience in HR where she has been instrumental in setting up HR Policies & Systems for small to medium-sized enterprises, having honed her skills in large conglomerates. Over the 20+ years she has been working with people she went back to her initial interest in Psychology going on to complete a PhD in Psychology as well. Her special interest in the area of Mental Health directed her to work with patients and clients in Mental Health Hospitals and Rehab centers. She went on to do a Diploma course in Creative / Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) and she is a Dance Movement practitioner (BTW...one does not need to know dance to participate in DMT workshops or programs). She works with groups of women and is passionate about forming "Women's Circles" across the globe which aims to get participants to reach their potential.
