http://www.antil.it Si tratta di un sistema che integra la funzione di magazzino con quella di asservimento di carico-scarico per macchine di taglio laser: accoglie pile di lamiere vergini posizionate su cassetti (di carico) e ricovera il completo foglio tagliato dal laser su altri cassetti dedicati (di scarico). La sua caratteristica fondamentale è quella di avere l'ingombro a terra in assoluto più ridotto rispetto a tutti i dispositivi sul mercato che svolgono le stesse funzioni. La capacità è variabile dai 6 ai 16 cassetti, dipendente dall'altezza disponibile nel capannone e dall'altezza della pila di lamiere che si necessita stoccare. Questo magazzino permette la lavorazione in totale autonomia della macchina di taglio laser per lunghi periodi, (tipicamente il completo fine settimana); l'effettiva autonomia temporale dipende ovviamente dalla velocità di taglio del laser. A titolo indicativo, si può considerare che il magazzino mette a disposizione dai 350 mm ai 1000 mm di spessore di lamiere in diversi formati da poter lavorare, ed i relativi cassetti di scarico ove depositare il tagliato: sul controllo viene definita la job-list dei piani di taglio da realizzare e il magazzino provvede alla alimentazione della macchina ed all'evacuazione del tagliato fino al completamento della lista in modo totalmente automatico. Sono disponibili modelli per lamiere di formato massimo rispettivamente 1500mmx3000mm e 2000mmx4000mm, comprendendo diversi sottoformati: il peso massimo dei pacchi di lamiera può variare da 30 a 50 quintali, mentre il massimo peso delle lamiere singole da caricare può variare da 400 a 1300 kg. This system combines warehousing and loading/unloading functions for laser cutting machines. It collects stacks of blank sheet from (load) trays and places the finished sheet after cutting onto different (unloading) trays. Its unique feature is the smallest footprint of any machine on the market performing the same functions. The system\'s capacity varies from 6 to 16 trays, depending on the height of the roof and of the stack of sheets to be stocked. This warehousing unit allows the laser cutting machine to work completely unattended for long periods, (typically a full weekend). Effective autonomy obviously depends on the lasers\' cutting speed. For example, consider that the system can serve stacks of sheets of various sizes with a thickness of 350 to 1000 mm, plus the various unloading trays to collect the cut sheet. The job list for the cutting operations is input on the controller and the warehousing system automatically works through the programme, feeding and removing pieces until the list is completed. Versions are available for sheets of up to 1500 x 3000 mm and 2000 x 4000 mm respectively, and all sizes in between. The maximum payload for sheet metal packs may vary from 30 to 50 quintals (100 kg), while for single sheets the range is 400 to 1300 kg.
