I bought this from the UK. if you are in Malaysia, you can check out something similar here https://invol.co/cl1kpi0 I'm using air fryer so the cooking time is different from the original instructions. No preheating was done too. I made 18 cookies instead of 8 because of the size of my air fryer and I baked them in 3 batches. I used 2 Tbsp of water instead of the suggested 1 Tbsp. Here's the original instructions: You will need: 25g butter, 15ml water (1 tbsp). Cooking appliances vary. These instruction are given as a guide. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C /Gas Mark 4 2. Empty the contents of the pouch into a bowl 3.Soften 25g of butter in the microwave. (Make sure it isn't too hot or it will melt the chocolate) 4. Add the softened butter to the cookie mix and stir well. (It should look a bit like a crumble mix) 5. Add water and mix until you have stiff dough. (Add extra water if necessary) 6. Divide the mix into 8 evenly sized balls. Place on an ungreased baking tray and flatten. (Leave enough room between cookies so they can spread) 7. Bake in the centre of the oven for 12 minutes until golden (or leave in a little longer for extra crunch). 8.
