Quality First Day In Kurdistan

Today was our first proper first day here in Slemani, Kurdistan and what a day it was. We kicked things off with a fresh breakfast followed with a visit to the tea shop where we met lots of local Kurdish blokes and ended up drinking a huge bowl of yoghurt which we could not pay for! The afternoon was spent wandering the bazaar area here in Sulaymaniyah and meeting so many kind local people. Later on we had a few legendary lahmacun which really hit the spot then we headed to the park to sum up the day. First impressions of Kurdistan I've gotta say people are super nice here and really do look after you. Subtitles Available!
