About twenty years ago, a road was constructed and stretched from Bandar Maqam to Bandar Parsian, winding not only directly along the shoreline but also passing through the midst of the peculiar and rocky sea. This road showcased one of the most dreamy coastal views, traversing at times among rugged cliffs and in other places among the golden sands of the beach. It offered the closest proximity to the beautiful southern sea of the country and presented the most extraordinary images of sunrise and sunset, undoubtedly deserving such a name. The name "Gerdaneh-e Eshagh Maqam" (Lovers' Neck) for this road is certainly fitting.
