At Birla Estates HO, we recently had the chance to bring a whole lot of energy, learning, and celebration under one roof. We hosted a fun employee engagement session where the games weren’t just games—they were thoughtfully designed by Birla Estates’ own internal teams. Each activity was created to help employees understand the different verticals that the Aditya Birla Group operates in, while still keeping the vibe light, playful, and deeply engaging. What made the session special was the purpose behind it. It wasn’t just about playing. It was about building curiosity, sparking conversations, and creating a buzz around the recently held ABG Awards. And more importantly, it was about celebrating the incredible employees from Birla Estates who got nominated this year. Their enthusiasm and participation set the tone for the entire session.
