We hate the word NORMAL in our health reports. My aunt used to complaint "Uhh, I spent a lot in my check up, couldn't see anything in my report. " God 😂 I bet even you would have listened to someone telling something similar. They tell it as a joke, but forget how blessed they are without any health hazard / ailment. You know what, recently I did a blood check in a well reputed hospital in Chennai I was wondering about the cost. In the US it would have listed up to $9000 for the quality of tests that I did. But in India, the sum was around 9,000 INR. It came as a surprise to me. My Indian brain did an instant calculation. For the cost of blood work in India , one can easily book a ticket from US to India Get the blood work done. And return back to US in the same flight. LoL 😂 Just imagine how accessible health care is in our country. It's true that I'm disappointed about a few crucial aspects in our health care, but there are significant other good aspects that I definitely appreciate and feel proud of.
