It's important to understand that when we increment (or decrement) a pointer, we are moving in memory to the address that is the sizeof the pointer type. I demonstrate in this video how to move through an array (which is a contiguous block of memory) to the next item, by offsetting the memory location. Finally, I uncover that the brackets (i.e. []'s ) are actually a shorthand for us as programmers to offset and dereference a particular memory location in an array.
