Growing the World Around My LEGO Castle MOC | Episode 009

Hey folks! Episode 009 of my LEGO Castle project is here. 🏰 This week's update of my LEGO Castle MOC series focuses on vegetation, walls, and worldbuilding details around the castle. In this update, I continue shaping the landscape in front of the gatehouse, finalize rocky terrain, and add more vegetation using a mix of green and bright green plants with colorful blossoms. I also refine the path leading up to the castle gate and bring more variation into the ground tiling. As castles consume an enormous amount of parts, I also share a small parts haul and talk about commonly used bricks and plates in large LEGO castle builds — from standard wall bricks to plates used for terrain and height adjustments. We finally place the first Black Falcon knights into the scene, adding life and small story moments to the castle courtyard and surrounding areas. A new wall section completes the defenses on the second module, carefully integrated into the angled layout while hiding the tunnel system beneath. Towards the end of the episode, I start experimenting with trees and vegetation techniques. Building LEGO trees is a challenge on its own, and this marks the beginning of a longer experimentation phase with different parts, colors, and shapes. As always, everything is built chronologically and shown mostly in timelapse, with short voiceover explanations where it adds context.
