Tour Of Our Tiny House We Built In South Carolina, USA

In this episode... We finally cleaned up the house enough and finished most of our projects to do a walkthrough of our 18ft x 24ft SIP home we purchased from Mighty Small Homes. We bought this 4.43 acre lot in 2020 with dreams of turning it into something amazing. It took us a little less than two years to clear the land, build the house, and move into it. The house comes in at 552 heated square feet. We hired contractors to do the plumbing, concrete slab, roof panel attachment, metal roof (excluding screen porch), well drilling, septic, clearing, and grading. Everything else we did ourselves with a little help from family. After 3 years of living here, making constant upgrades to the house and the land, and loving every minute of it, we felt like it was ready to move onto our next crazy adventure! The house is currently under contract and should have its new owners by May 2025.
