Normally I spend weeks planning and curating all the little details, but this time… life was life-ing, and I had to throw this one together fast! Between a busy weekend full of sports, homecoming, another event the day before, and just general mom chaos — this one really tested me. 😂 You’ll see me set up all the stations for the party — from a DIY tattoo parlor, treasure chest painting, themed snacks, and games galore, to a giant pirate bounce house for the kids. My goal was to create a space where the kids could have fun and be creative, and the parents could just relax and enjoy. Somewhere between the setup and the chaos, I had a bit of a mom crash out moment — the overwhelm is real sometimes, especially when juggling it all. But I always come back to this truth: it’s always worth it.
