The Freewing F-22 is a model aircraft in a league of its own! It features some of the best maneuverability features I've seen on any RC jet (...bar the Su-35, ehem) and that's despite lacking the thrust vectoring nozzles, which is truly impressive. That said, all models have a limit to their flight envelope... (or do they? hmmm...) and here I am exploring some of the capabilities of this magnificent jet at the limits of what the it is capable of doing before going out of control... so sit back, tighten your seatbelts and get ready for a thrilling and greedy aerobatic ride!! :D Pushing boundaries indeed... ^^ Shameless plug: if you want to contribute to my work, please consider having a look at some of my merch! ;) https://airguardian.creator-spring.com These were flights 111th to 115th on 'Scarlett'. Removed the infamous Blue Box and wing ribbon wires, passed individual leads to wing servos, mixed them all separately, removed pilot figure and nose gear light, installed a HE A3S3 gyro (which required physical servo reversing one stabilator servo, inverting motor and pot wires), added a green LED to make a fake HUD reflection effect, airbrushed the canopy to make it look more golden, like the full-scale one. Need to pick the sun at the right angle to show up though!
