Dave brings a humorous approach to the question of how we can start fixing healthcare. At the most basic level it needs to be about User Experience. "When you're behind the cable companies in customer satisfaction rating, you know there's a problem". C. David Minifie joined Centene in April, 2012, as the company’s first Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer. He currently serves as Chief Experience Officer and Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy. Mr. Minifie brings an “engagement and experience” perspective into Healthcare, just as the trends towards consumerism pick up adoption in the category.
