PPIC3 Operations Monitoring Center (OMC) reported more than a hundred thousand (100,000) law violations and suspicious activities that warranted interception of dozens of suspicious persons and screening of thousands of vehicles by Mohafiz Force and Dolphin Force. Many vehicles were detained pending further investigations. The OMC employs state of the art CCTV Surveillance Operations through the geo-strategic grid of cameras within the city. Tickets were issued on violations of traffic laws and felonies of wrong parking. During the year 2018 PSCA's Emergency Helpline 15 received 4,012,900 calls. Cases were generated for action on genuine calls that went up to 490,594 in number. Lahore IC3 provided Electronic Evidence Data pertaining to heinous crime cases and investigations to facilitate Punjab Police and other LEAs. It’s worth mentioning that integrated operations rendered by IC3 of PSCA have minimized emergency response time overall. Average response time for Muhafiz Force remained 2-3 minutes whereas for Police Stations the same remained between 10 to 15 minutes.
