When I first turned up in Malaysia where Pardigm Mall now sits was an abandoned mall, that whose name I cannot remember. If I remember correctly, It opened and closed in the blink of an eye and then sat empty and abandoned for years. Then the company behind Paradigm bought it and instead of just blowing it up and starting again, they knocked down parts of it and remodelled other parts and over a period of 2-3 years they built what became Paradigm Mall.
